Aspiring Conversations 2016: time for thinking amidst Wanaka’s autumn colours
Thinkers, speakers and writers from New Zealand and around the world are heading to Lake Wanaka from 22-24 April for Aspiring Conversations 2016.
The annual festival of ideas presents current social, cultural, economic and political issues against the stunning backdrop of the Southern Lakes every autumn.
Big questions about climate change, national identity, mental and physical health, creativity and innovation plus the power of poetry and a musical tribute to Dusty Springfield will all feature at the Aspiring Conversations festival.
Keynote speaker Tim Flannery opens the weekend on Friday 22nd at 6.30pm with a talk entitled Cool It! Dealing with climate change
Sessions from $15 or $20 or buy an Aspiring Pass for all 9 sessions for just $140. Click here to book tickets.
