What happens when two artists swap their studios for their bikes? This Easter weekend, Jen Olson and Odelle Morshuis invite you to find out.

The Art Spin is a collaborative project built around a simple but compelling premise: that cycling is a catalyst for creativity. Over the past year, the pair have cycled throughout Central Otago, visiting artists in their studios to record conversations about their work, lives, and creative processes.

The Art Spin Easter Exhibition brings that journey full circle – gathering a selection of those regional artists together in one space for the first time. It's a heartfelt thank you to the artists who opened their doors and shared their stories.

The exhibition runs across the full Easter long weekend at the Odelle Morshuis Art Gallery & Studio at 128 Cairnmuir Road, Bannockburn. Visitors are welcome from 11am to 4:30pm daily, from Friday 3 April through Monday 6 April.

"It's a way of acknowledging the generosity of the artists we visited, while also celebrating the importance of connection and collaboration in sustaining a vibrant local creative community," says Morshuis.
