One of New Zealand's best known folk songwriters, Bob McNeill's songs have been covered by artists in NZ, Australia, the UK and USA. New Zealand Musician magazine compared his songwriting to Bruce Springsteen and Mark Knopfler; the Dominion Post likened him to Jackson Brown, James Taylor, Luka Bloom and Dougie Ma­cLean. A compelling storyteller, his songs paint vivid images of the moments of decision in people's lives. He has won three New Zealand Music Awards ("Tuis"), all for best Folk Album, and has toured in NZ, Australia, Canada, the US, Ireland and the UK. His first solo NZ tour in a decade showcases his unique songwriting, celebrated guitar playing and gorgeous live sound.
