Huddl Workshops - Community Committee Essentials, Roxburgh & Essential Policies Every Non-Profit Board Should Have, Alexandra.

Community Committee Essentials
Join huddl and Volunteer South for a relaxed, practical session that will explore the lifecycle of a board, where we’ll look at ways to attract and welcome new board members, tools to identify your board’s strengths and skill gaps and tips for succession planning.
When: Thursday 6 November, 12 pm – 1.30 pm.
Where: Roxburgh Service Centre, 120 Scotland Street.
Cost: Free (light refreshments provided).
Essential Policies Every Non-Profit Board Should Have We will concentrate on governance policies, covering key areas such as finance, health and safety, risk management, diversity and inclusion, as well as AI and cybersecurity policies. Plus, we'll also provide toolkits and templates for you to take away and adapt for your organisation.
When: Wednesday 19 November, 5.30pm - 7.30pm.
Where: Alexandra Community House.
Cost: $25.
