Pecha Kucha Night

Pecha Kucha Night is a world wide conversation involving the great variety of creative people that make up our community. As part of Thyme Festival we have a group of invited creative people coming along to talk. They will be showing 20 images each, with only 20 seconds to speak to each image (a total of 6.40 minutes per presentation). The magic is the rapid-fire presentation and the diversity of presenters and topics on the night. It is about bringing artists together and getting inspired by their ideas.This promises to be a very entertaining event with Central Otago arts coordinator, with Maxine Williams facilitating the fun.
7.30pm Saturday 19 November, Alexandra Community Centre. Its $20 to get in and you get a free glass of wine and some really nice food (great value). Round up a crew and come along. It will be fun!
