A fun and practical introduction to the joy of Watercolour Painting. Class fee includes workbook. Beginner-Intermediate level. Sunday 10th November. 10am - 4pm. $135.00.
Printed Narratives with Lynn Taylor.
This course will approach printmaking through making artistic, tactile and personal surface interventions on paper "Pages" through paint, collage and printmaking. Sunday 10th November. 10am - 4pm. $115.00.
Drawing Discovery with Nancy McLennan Hughes.
Learn how to sketch anything from life - including still life, landscape of your own choice. You will learn basic measurement techniques to accurately represent the proportions of your subject. Saturday 9th November. 10am - 4pm. $105.00.
Powerful Pastels with Anneloes Douglas.
Achieve lively and textured images with this mixed media approach to pastels. This exciting and playful art technique offers participants at all levels, from Beginners to Advanced, a hands-on experience using underpainting and a textured layer with pastel. Saturday 9th November. 10am - 4pm. $105.00.
Limestone Carving with Suzanne Emslie.
Carve your own Oamaru Limestone masterpiece in a day. The course will cover the use of hand tools and basic techniques to create your abstract or figurative sculpture. Beginner to Advanced level. Saturday 9th November. 10am - 4pm. $ 170.00.
