Faigan’s has been busy over the past month and December will be no different. There have been plenty of people cycling the Clutha Gold Trail and visiting Millers Flat. The Bakehouse museum next to Faigan’s Cafe is Open and has volunteers who will give you an overview of the history of the Bakehouse and Millers Flat.
Faigan’s has a new chef and there are new menu items appearing on a regular basis.
Artworks are selling well and the walls are forever changing what’s on display. Local well-known artists are being represented including Nigel Wilson, Sheena Lassen, Lynley Van-Alphen and Mike Tan.
Music is happening by the way of an open mic session every second Sunday with different musicians from around the district performing. Bring your instruments all welcome. A good selection of meals and beverages available. December open mic sessions Sunday 8th and 22nd, 3-8 pm.
The gift shop at Faigan’s stocks local artists works and much more, there are new products arriving on a regular basis.
There is something for everyone at Faigan’s so come on down.
