The Alexandra Sewing Circle is a small, friendly group that welcomes new members.

Our members enjoy sewing everything from fine lingerie to heavy upholstery fabrics and everything in between. Many of our experienced members have been sewing all their lives and are passionate about mentoring newer sewers. They are happy to share techniques and processes that help develop a wide range of skills, enabling members to produce beautifully finished, high-quality projects.

We also encourage upcycling fabrics, repurposing garments, and patching and repairing clothing. These practical skills not only extend the life of textiles but also promote sustainable sewing practices.

6:00 pm until 9:00–10:00 pm on the second and fourth Monday of each month at Alexandra Community House.
