CELEBRATING YOUNG MUSICIANS IN OUR COMMUNITY

  • CELEBRATING YOUNG MUSICIANS IN OUR COMMUNITY

PRECISION, Ghost Chips, Goldstar and UNPREDICTABLE are four youth bands that were formed as part of an initiative by a group of local Alexandra musicians, Matt Lahood and Mike Olsen. Their aim was to give young people in the area a chance to learn all about what it takes to audition, form a band, write music and put on a performance. The selected youth have been mentored over a 10 week period and these two gigs are the culmination of a great deal of effort to bring this innovative program to fruition. Many thanks to the adults and local schools involved.

Get along and support these youth on what promises to be two very entertaining evenings at the Dunstan High School hall.

Proceeds towards Music Initiatives in our Community.

Tickets $5 available from Alexandra area schools and at the door !(limited tickets)
