Arts Central - "ACE Exhibition"

The Arts Central Exhibition (ACE) is an annual showcase of Artworks made in the Cromwell Basin and all surrounding regions in Otago. The exhibition will showcase not only experienced artists but also creatives of all ages who have never exhibited before.
ACE opens on Friday 1 March with an evening soiree and award ceremony from 6pm at the Cromwell Bowling Club and close Sunday 3 March at 3pm.
There is a wide variety of entries numbering almost 100 from 35 local artists: paintings, illustrations, collage work, mixed media, photography, sculpture, weaving, knitting, quilts, dolls, wire work, ceramics. All Exhibition pieces are for sale – and in a price range to suit all budgets.
Spread throughout the hall are the Artisan Shops offering affordable handmade creations: embroidered cards, bookmarks, ceramic work, preschool wear, photography, paintings, woven wearables and homewares, handmade dolls, lavender sachets - too many to list.
Entry is free, though you are welcome to enter the raffles for wonderful art packages generously supplied by the entrants.
