  • Ranfurly Art Deco - Street Festival

Get a group of friends together and come, escape to Ranfurly and join us to celebrate our heritage.

Ranfurly’s successful Art Deco Festival is now in its 14th year. The Festival celebrates the art deco building style that is prevalent throughout our small rural town with a weekend of fun. Don’t miss our Saturday live entertainment, street performances, fashion parade, classic cars, games of the era, market stalls and much more.

The Festival has a strong following from those who have an interest in the Art Deco era with visitors coming from all parts of New Zealand and as far away as Australia & England. The Festival is also well supported by our community who have a sense of pride in showcasing our town and area to visitors. The numbers participating in the Festival swell each year with the influx of competitors and supporters involved in the Duathlon (running & cycling) on the famous Otago Central Rail Trail (the competition finishes for the day in Ranfurly around mid afternoon).
