A week long event for motorcyclists based in Bannockburn, Central Otago.
This event is for registered road or adventure bikes and each day from Monday to Thursday there is a planned adventure or road ride. Sunday is Bikekhana day - a leisurely day with a few skill tests and a lot of fun - good spectator sport!
The general public can join for some activities including opening night with Should Be Band, bikekhana viewing on Sunday, attending guest speaker dinners, ride around Highlands, closing night party with Middle Earth.
Meals (breakfast and evening) available at good prices at the hotel.
The best thing about Bike Week is the relaxed atmosphere and getting to chat with the other riders about the day's adventure. Riders come from all over New Zealand to spend a week in the breathtaking Central Otago landscapes. Free camping available, and other options close by.
Opportunities to have a day off the bike and explore Vineyards or Highlands Motorsport park.
Event finishes midday Friday 7th Feb, allowing you the chance to head over to the Vincent County Rally near Alexandra - only 30 minutes away.
