  • New Zealand Mountain Film Festival - Queenstown

The 2015 New Zealand Mountain Film Festival is a combination of events over the five days July 3rd to 7th in NZ’s premier alpine village of Wanaka, Cromwell July 8th, and three days in Queenstown on July 9th to 11th. The NZ Mountain Film Festival is a non-profit registered charitable trust and a registered charity.

Activities scheduled include

Viewing of the film finalist, the World’s best adventure movies! Awards night with films, winning film previews and live Music. NZ & International Guest speakers: Alex Honnold (USA), Ben Brown (NZ) & Steve Gurney (NZ), Nathan Faavae (NZ).
Workshops and book readings. Two Day Adventure Film School, Adventure Writing School. Adventure gear trade show. Art exhibitions. Photography Competition (NZ$1000 in prize money). RETURN of the World record Dyno attempt and climbing competition. And of course, loads of general socialising….
