Arrowtown Autumn Festival 2013
Dates: Fri, 12 April 2013 - Sun, 21 April 2013
Each autumn, as the trees and hillsides of this historic gold mining town turn vibrant red and gold, the local streets come to life in celebration. The 2013 festival runs from Friday 12th - Sunday 21st April and features more than 50 events over the 10 day programme. There is a street parade, arts and craft market, Blast from the Past cabaret featuring the Beat Girls, daily street entertainment with the Arrow Miner’s Band and Arrowtown’s cancan girls The Buckingham Belles, guided historical walks, a musical, aerobatic display, art exhibition, vintage car rally, jazz, hypnotist - Dave Upfold, inspiring speaker - Jamie Fitzgerald, gold panning, lots of live music, workshops, a variety concert… and much more. Many events are free too!
