The Big Bike Film Night
Dates: Fri, 9 June 2017 @ 7.30pm - 10pm
The 3rd annual Big Bike Film Night, sees us get bigger, better and riding into Central Otago to entertain bike lovers young and the not so young. Yes, so stoked!
What’s the Big Bike Film Night all about? Sharing the best cycling short films from around the world with you - our audience.
Showcasing a collection of short movies that have everything a Bike-Centric audience could want- action, drama, plenty of humour and even a hint of romance. The evening can only be described as being Bike-alisicious!
The Big Bike Film Night’s impressive lineup includes a stylish look at London’s bike culture, the remarkable story of an American female Bike Frame Builder - one of the very few in the world, the challenge of cycling up the gruelling 1912 metre peak Mount Ventoux, two very different faces of BMX with contrasting stories, a uni-cyclist in South Africa, and the homegrown ‘Muscles and Dreams’ documentary on the building of the West Coast’s Old Ghost Road single track.
The short films are a great reminder of why we love to ride our bike; with stories that captivate us, stories that make us think and most importantly of all- stories that inspire us to get on a bike.
Get your mates, get your tickets, go on… get your bike and come along for the ride!
Tickets available HERE or on from the Central Cinema (Subject to availability).
