Buz gave his concerto debut in Wellington’s Michael Fowler Centre with a performance that the Dominion Post characterised as demonstrating “a highly musical approach and genuine poetic instinct”. He has been recorded by Radio NZ and regularly appears as a solo recitalist and chamber musician across the country.

Buz has an affinity with 20th century and NZ repertoire, both old and and new. In 2010 Buz commissioned (with support from Creative NZ) a major new work from Robbie Ellis for solo piano – #llamadrama which is included in his Cromwell programme.

Buz Bryant - Greene plays at the Cromwell Memorial Hall on Sunday 25th May at 2.30pm.
