  • Autumn Festival Art Exhibition

The annual Autumn Festival Art Exhibition has opened Arrowtown’s Autumn Festival since 1984. This competition attracts the highest calibre of professional and amateur artists from around New Zealand.

Prize winners for 2013 are:

  • Locations Premier Painting Award: Lorainne Higgins 'Arrow River Walk'
  • Print Central Best Local Painting Award: Mark Zhu 'Chief'
  • Berry & Co Supreme Applied Art Award: Marie Velenski 'Sailing Her Own Ship'
  • Millbrook Resort Best Local Applied Art Award: Diana Turnbull-Anderson 'Multiglaze jug'
  • Arrowtown Autumn Festival Emerging Artist Award: Emma Gamson 'Reflections'
  • Lakes District Museum Merit Award: Nigel Wilson 'Coasting'
  • Lakes District Museum Merit Award: Ro Bradshaw 'Autumn Flight'
  • Arrowtown Gallery Merit Award: Sue Wademan 'Piccolo Villagio'
  • Arrowtown Gallery Merit Award: Elizabeth McAllister 'Morning on the Pig Root'
