Stills Photography Competition 2025 (Online)
Dates: Tue, 2 December 2025 - Wed, 21 January 2026
Stills returns for 2025, inviting student photographers from across the motu to showcase their skills and storytelling through imagery!
The competition is free to enter and is open to all school students enrolled nationwide in 2025. Submissions are open and will close on 21 January. Entrants will be in the running for a cash prize pool of more than $5k, with the overall first-place winner receiving $2k! (Imagine what you could add to your photography kit with $2k!?)
Senior students can enter work in the categories Life in Motion, Altered, Connection, Place, and Special Objects, while a dedicated junior section is available for photographers in Years 1–8.
