  • Central Otago Art Society - Mixed Media Workshop

MIXED MEDIA WORKSHOP with MEGAN HUFFADINE

This two-day beginners workshop will provide an opportunity to experiment with and explore a range of wet and dry media to develop mixed media techniques on paper. These papers will be
used to make collages based on landscape as well as making abstract compositions. Materials include ink, pencils, pastels, acrylic paint and acrylic mediums such as binder medium, impasto paste and fluid matt medium.

Participants will learn how to use a range of painting tools, stencils, work with layering techniques to create rich and textured surfaces.

Please bring: Old brushes, containers for water, wear clothes that can get glue and paint on them. All other materials will be supplied. (Note: Art Society will have some old brushes available)
